What You’ll Need For Our Adventure
In this video I walk you through everything you need to get started, including:
Technology requirements
Books: The Artist’s Way, an art journal, and a spiral notebook
Art supplies to spark your creativity
The good news is: you likely already have most of what you need. There are just a few “must-haves,” and the rest are entirely up to you and what inspires you.
If you’re not sure what supplies might inspire you to create, start by gathering supplies that look interesting and/or fun—whether they’re from around the house or the store. As long as they work on paper, they’ll be perfect for our classes! There are two supplies lists at the bottom of this page, and you may get some ideas from the “Pick and Choose” list. (But don’t feel limited to that list!)
You’ll also find a downloadable/printable version of the supply list below.
💡 Whenever possible, please support your local art supply store and bookseller! If you prefer shopping online, the underlined items in the list are affiliate links to Amazon.
Let’s get ready to create! 🎨
